Summer Wedding in Lille France

In June 2019 my Uncle married his long time girlfriend, Ivanna.

It was wonderful welcoming her into our family and getting to celebrate their love.

It had been almost 8 years since I’d visited my French family and it was long overdue.

I unfortunately have been lacking on my French so I felt like a little kid trying to communicate.

As the second shooter, I got to play around with light painting on the dance floor and had so much fun.

As a virginia wedding photographer, I am not in the wedding, but there to document it.

So it was nice photographing a wedding that I was apart of. It gave me a whole new feeling of why I do what I do, to document beautiful moments so that we can remember them for a lifetime.
