Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park
After our short trek in the 100 Mile Wilderness it was time to finally make the drive to Bar Harbor Maine.
Because it was the off season we were able to find lodging within walking distance of the downtown. This gave us the chance to walk all of it and really take it all in.
I’ll admit, I was abscessed with the coast line. It was so different from what I’m use to and I loved the sound of the water rolling the rocks.
After exploring downtown we walked along the coast line of Acadia National Park and enjoyed every bit of it. If it hadn’t been overcast / drizzling we would have done a few hikes in the park.
A goal for the next time we visit.
